Wooby $100 Gift Card Giveaway — Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Wooby (“Wooby”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).
Questions about the giveaway can be sent to support@wooby.com.au.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors and representatives of Wooby, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Giveaway period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway posts are published on Wooby’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Entries close at 8:00 pm AEST (UTC+10) on Saturday, 5 September 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
Entrants may enter through Facebook, Instagram or both platforms.
Instagram entry
To receive one Instagram entry, an entrant must:
- Follow Wooby on Instagram; and
- Like or comment on the official Instagram giveaway post.
Facebook entry
To receive one Facebook entry, an entrant must:
- Follow Wooby on Facebook; and
- Like or comment on the official Facebook giveaway post.
Entrants must still satisfy these requirements when the giveaway closes and when the winner is verified.
5. Entry limits
Only one entry per person is permitted on each social platform.
An eligible person may enter once through Facebook and once through Instagram, giving them a maximum of two entries in total.
Multiple likes or comments on the same platform will not provide additional entries. Entries submitted using multiple accounts belonging to the same person may be disqualified.
6. Valid entries
Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally. Automated, bulk, fraudulent, incomplete or misleading entries may be disqualified.
Wooby reserves the right to verify an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and compliance with these terms before awarding the prize.
7. Prize
The prize is one Wooby electronic gift card valued at AUD $100.
The gift card:
- Can be used through the Wooby online store.
- Can be used toward eligible products available on the website.
- May be used across multiple purchases until its balance is exhausted or it expires.
- Expires one year after its date of issue, with the expiry date shown on the gift card.
- Cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be reloaded or topped up.
If an order costs more than the remaining gift-card balance, the winner must pay the difference using an accepted payment method.
Any delivery charges associated with an order are the winner’s responsibility and will be calculated according to Wooby’s Delivery and Shipping Policy.
Purchases made using the prize remain subject to Wooby’s Returns and Exchanges Policy.
8. Winner selection
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received through Facebook and Instagram.
The draw will take place on Father’s Day, Sunday, 6 September 2026.
Each valid Facebook or Instagram entry will be treated as a separate entry in the draw. A person who validly enters through both platforms will therefore have two entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.
9. Winner announcement and notification
The winner will be announced through Wooby’s official social media accounts. Wooby will also contact the winner directly using the Facebook or Instagram account associated with their winning entry.
The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notification and provide the information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility and deliver the prize.
Wooby will never require the winner to pay a fee or provide payment-card details to claim the prize.
10. Unclaimed prize and redraw
If the selected winner:
- Does not respond within seven calendar days;
- Cannot be contacted;
- Is unable to establish their eligibility;
- Did not comply with the entry requirements; or
- Declines the prize,
Wooby may select a replacement winner through a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Any replacement winner will be contacted and announced in the same manner as the original winner.
11. Privacy and publicity
Wooby will use information supplied by entrants only as reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with Wooby’s Privacy Policy.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Wooby may announce their first name, surname initial and/or public social-media username on Wooby’s website and social-media accounts, unless prohibited by law.
Entrants should not publish private contact information in comments on the giveaway posts.
12. Platform disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta from responsibility for claims arising from or connected with the giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants provide their information to Wooby, not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
13. Changes, suspension or cancellation
If circumstances outside Wooby’s reasonable control affect the fair or proper administration of the giveaway, Wooby may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the giveaway, subject to applicable law.
Wooby may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or otherwise breaches these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Acceptance of terms
By entering the giveaway, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
