What is Wooby?
Wooby is an Australian-owned small business creating hand-drawn apparel and gifts inspired by Australia's unique wildlife. Every design starts as an original illustration before being printed onto our products.
Where is Wooby based?
Wooby is based in Brisbane, Australia.
Do you create your own designs?
Yes! All our designs are hand drawn by our co-creator Tanya (although her niece did help with one of them :)). They have all been sketched on a drawing tablet. You can even see this process on some of our posts on social media.
Are Wooby products good gifts?
Absolutely! Our unique Australian animal designs make thoughtful gifts for animal lovers, travellers, and anyone who appreciates a good Aussie pun.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address during checkout.
Products
Are your products 100% Australian made?
Our products are designed and printed in Australia, but the products themselves have been ethically sourced from a range of different countries. Factories in China, Bangladesh and Vietnam produce our garments. These factories are audited to ensure compliance with BSCI standards.
How can I know the size of the products?
Every one of our wearable products has a size guide on the page (you might have to scroll down a bit to see it). The size guide includes the width and length of the product for each available size. . If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How are Wooby products packaged?
All Wooby orders are carefully packed and shipped using packaging made from 100% recycled ocean-bound plastic, helping us reduce environmental impact. 🌏💛
Has AI been used in your designs?
No! While we’re not against the use of Artificial Intelligence in general, none of our designs are created with AI. Our co-creator Tanya is able to express her artistic talents through these designs, and is extremely proud of each of her creations.

Shipping/Delivery
Where do you ship your products to?
Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK. We’re hoping to expand this further soon, and when this happens we will let everyone know via our social media channels.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Wooby item is printed especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 3–6 business days for printing and preparation before your order is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are typically:
Australia
Standard Shipping
- Same state: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–6 business days
Express Shipping
- Same state: 1–2 business days
- Interstate: 1–3 business days
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, no. We are currently an online only store, and while one day we would love to have a physical store, we aren’t able to offer pick up at the moment.
Where do your products ship from?
Wooby is proudly based in Brisbane, Australia, and all orders are shipped from our Brisbane fulfilment centre.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
I haven’t received an update on my products since I ordered them. What's going on with it?
If you haven’t received any updates, please first check your spam or junk folder, as tracking emails can sometimes land there.
If you still can’t find any information, please contact us at support@wooby.com.au and we’ll look into it for you as quickly as possible. 💛

- An order confirmation email when your purchase is placed

What is your returns policy?

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Each Wooby product is individually printed just for you when your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page and reviewing all product details carefully before placing your order to make sure you’re happy with your choice. 💛

We accept a range of secure payment methods including PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
All card payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
