All of our products are custom-designed and made to order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect product selection. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or there is an issue with the print quality, we’re here to help.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the affected item, including the issue.
- Email the photos along with your order details to our support team at support@wooby.com.au.
Once we receive your email, we’ll review the issue and work quickly to resolve it for you.
If there’s a genuine issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. Approved faulty or damaged items may be eligible for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
